The designed building of the district House of Culture includes 2 main functional zones:
- a 250-seat multi-purpose auditorium (with a complex of stage spaces)
- a multi-purpose sports hall (with a changing room area), united by a 2-storey central compositional core.
Adjacent to the auditorium are studio-circle and administrative-economic functional areas, a hall for ceremonies and celebrations, and a conference hall, all located on two floors.
