Файл каталога содержит строительные системы компании ТехноНИКОЛЬ. Каталог выполнен в виде файла архивного проекта LayOut for SketchUp 2018 (layout). При открытии файла первым появляется стартовое окно, содержащее логотип компании и ссылку на рабочий файл с системой и версию файла. Далее следует лист с информацией о системе. Ее состав и описание.  Каталог включает в себя материалы компании, выполненные геометрически в модели. Плоскими объектами выполнены все рулонные материалы для высокой точности генерируемых смет. Подсчет площадей данных материалов можно вести согласно базе данных Materials. Объемные объекты подсчитываются в Generate Report автоматически. Работа со слоями системы ведется через панель Dynamic Components и окно Component Options. Перейти к нужному слою можно через структурализатор объектов Outliner. Все системы выполнены в 3d. Управлять системами (изменять пропорции, вытягивать) необходимо с помощью дополнений к SketchUp - Plugin Fredo Scale. Также возможен метод конструирования путем копирования.
