The concrete pipe making machine is that the roller axis supports the pipe mold and presses the concrete inside the pipe mold. When the pipe mold with the roller axis rotates at high speed, the concrete becomes a solid pipe under the action of the roller press and the counter force. Generally, there are three types of pipes as follows:

1) Flat connection

Flat pipe is an earlier form of cement pipe connection, which is easy to manufacture, has the characteristics of high production efficiency and low production cost; the interface is sealed with steel mesh, concrete cloth tape is a rigid connection, but its sealing effect and seismic performance are poor. If the foundation displacement causes the interface to open, the wastewater will pollute the underground soil, causing great social and environmental inconvenience, so this interface is less used.

2) detachable connection

The split type interface is equipped with a rubber ring seal to prevent water from entering, which is a flexible connection. The insertion depth of the interface is 80-100mm, and the relative rotation angle of the interface is 1.5°. The cement pipe of this section has good seismic performance. The pipe base is made of sandstone foundation or concrete foundation. High speed in installation. However, large-diameter cement pipes are not suitable for socket joints, because large-mouth cement pipes will form ring cracks.

3) Flexible tongue and groove connection.

Flexible tongue and groove joint is mainly suitable for cement pipes with a diameter of ≥d1200. The interface shape is also a flexible joint. The interface has the advantages of the socket type and is more prominent than the socket type, but it also has a notable feature: the socket type is not suitable for large-diameter pipes. The connection depth of the socket pipe is not easy to measure. control, and it is not easy to be tight when backfilling. The stress at the transition point of the pipe socket is concentrated. In serious cases, the pipe body will have ring cracks, which will affect the service life of the pipe. The pipe body of the flexible joint has good contact with the foundation. It is uniformly loaded when the load is applied, so it is safer to use; the outer wall of the socket of the socket pipe is an inclined surface, so it is difficult to control the leakage when constructing the inspection well, so the flexible tongue and groove pipe will be greatly improved; The groove pipe can also be used as the top pipe.
